Modbus \u00e4r egentligen ett kommunikationsprotokoll som i princip g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att man fr\u00e5gar en enhet med ett visst nummer om ett v\u00e4rde p\u00e5 enheten p\u00e5 en viss adress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad ett specifikt v\u00e4rde betyder p\u00e5 en s\u00e4rskild adress \u00e4r upp till implementat\u00f6ren att bed\u00f6ma. Pga detta s\u00e5 kan olika elm\u00e4tare ha olika v\u00e4rden p\u00e5 olika adresser, dvs standarden \u00e4r till viss del ad-hoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns m\u00e5nga olika elm\u00e4tare p\u00e5 marknaden som kan l\u00e4sas av med hj\u00e4lp av Modbus och alla fungerar olika. Vi har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r tagit fram en felxibel l\u00f6sning som ska fungera med s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt. V\u00e5ra elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4sare kan konfigureras att l\u00e4sa v\u00e4rden fr\u00e5n de flesta elm\u00e4tare som kommunicerar via Modbus RTU. De kan kommunicera med flera seriekopplade elm\u00e4tare f\u00f6r att b\u00e5de publicera deras m\u00e4tarst\u00e4llningar till en MQTT broker och websocket anslutning samt fungera som gateway f\u00f6r Modbus TCP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anslutning till elm\u00e4taren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4saren har en  RS485 port i form av en kopplingsplint. Denna \u00e4r markerad med 5V, GND, A+ och B-. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5V och GND \u00e4r till f\u00f6r str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6jning och kan kopplas till ett n\u00e4taggregat. Det b\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 finnas en koppling mellan jordanslutningen (GND skruven) p\u00e5 elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4saren och elm\u00e4taren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A+ och B- ska kopplas till motsvarande kopplingpunkter p\u00e5 elm\u00e4taren. Notera att det \u00e4r &#8221;+&#8221; och &#8221;-&#8221; som ska matcha och inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis &#8221;A&#8221; och &#8221;B&#8221;. Vissa elm\u00e4tare kan vara markerade med A- och B+ och d\u00e5 ska A+ kopplas till B+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r optimal signalintegritet ska elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4saren kopplas till elm\u00e4taren med en TP kabel d\u00e4r A+ och B- best\u00e5r av ett kabelpar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flera elm\u00e4tare kan kopplas i serie med samma elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4sare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"588\" height=\"396\" src=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Modbus-circuit.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Modbus-circuit.png 588w, https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Modbus-circuit-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Modbus-circuit-416x280.png 416w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enheten kan str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjas via <a href=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/product\/usb-302s\">USB<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/product\/poe-injektor\">POE (power over ethernet)<\/a> eller ett <a href=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/product\/stromforsorjning-5-v-din-monterbar\">DIN monterat 5V n\u00e4taggregat<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att elm\u00e4taren och elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4saren m\u00e5ste ha en gemensam jordniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att kommunikationen ska fungera. Oavsett hur man str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjer enheten s\u00e5 kan man \u00e5stadkomma detta genom att dra en kabel mellan GND skruven p\u00e5 enhetens kopplingplint till motsvarande jordanslutning p\u00e5 elm\u00e4taren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"konfiguration\">Konfiguration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">OBS! F\u00f6ljande instruktioner g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r firmware version 4.0.0 eller senare. Har du en \u00e4ldre version s\u00e5 kan du l\u00e4sa guiden <a href=\"https:\/\/energyintelligence.se\/shop\/konfigurera-modbus-rtu\/\">Konfigurera Modbus RTU<\/a> ist\u00e4llet.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enheten anv\u00e4nder sig av en yaml-fil p\u00e5 sitt interna filsystem d\u00e4r anv\u00e4ndaren kan konfigurera vilka enheter som \u00e4r anslutna via RS485 porten och hur de ska l\u00e4sas. Man skriver ocks\u00e5 en lista p\u00e5 vilka parametrar som ska l\u00e4sas fr\u00e5n elm\u00e4taren samt hur de ska l\u00e4sas och hur ofta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enheten kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndes som Modbus brygga (gateway). N\u00e4r den agerar som Modbus brygga s\u00e5 lyssnar den p\u00e5 Modbus anrop p\u00e5 en TCP server. N\u00e4r ett anrop tas emot s\u00e5 g\u00f6rs anropet om till ett Modbus RTU anrop och skickas ut genom elm\u00e4taravl\u00e4sarens RS485 port. Svaret som kommer fr\u00e5n elm\u00e4taren skickas vidare till TCP anslutningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datatyper som st\u00f6ds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>f\u00f6ljande datatyper st\u00f6ds n\u00e4r enheten l\u00e4ser fr\u00e5n elm\u00e4taren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>int16 <\/strong>\u2013 16 bitars heltal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>uint16 <\/strong>\u2013 16 bitars positiva heltal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>int32 <\/strong>\u2013 32 bitars heltal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>uint32<\/strong> \u2013 32 bitars positiva heltal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>float32 <\/strong>\u2013 32 bitars flyttal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dataformat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom att Modbus protokollet inte specifierar ordningen f\u00f6r bytes och register n\u00e4r dessa \u00f6verf\u00f6rs s\u00e5 g\u00e5r detta att st\u00e4lla in f\u00f6r Modbus enheter samt f\u00f6r deras enstaka parametrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byte ordningen h\u00e4nsvisar till den ordning som bytes skickas i varje register. Om man s\u00e4tter parametern <code>flipByteOrder<\/code> till <code>true<\/code> s\u00e5 kommer den minst signifikanta byten att lagras f\u00f6rst i registret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven registerordningen kan st\u00e4llas in f\u00f6r v\u00e4rden som str\u00e4cker sig \u00f6ver flera register (st\u00f6rre \u00e4n 16 bitar). Om parametern <code>flipWordOrder<\/code> \u00e4r satt till <code>true<\/code> s\u00e5 kommer de minst signifikanta 16 bitarna att lagras i det f\u00f6rsta registret (med mindre registeradress).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att skriva en konfigurationsfil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Konfigurationsfilen f\u00f6ljer ett YAML format och inneh\u00e5ller information om vilka enheter och parametrar som kan l\u00e4sas och hur de formateras.
